About the role

We are a growing company with 20 years of experience and market leadership in Honduras and a presence in Guatemala, specialized in the sale of heavy machinery and high‑quality spare parts. Based in San Salvador, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial team, drive strategic initiatives and deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the commercial team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for heavy‑machinery products.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new clients.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in heavy‑equipment or related sectors.
• Must have knowledge of and experience with the SIS CATERPILLAR system.
