HR Business Partner Manager – Head Office

About the role

Dollarcity is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager for its Head Office to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership across Latin America, translating business priorities into people strategies that drive growth and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities, anticipate workforce needs and develop practical people strategies.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, identify critical roles, and coach leaders to build high‑performing teams.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, leadership development and performance management in collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise.
• Champion Dollarcity’s culture and values, fostering collaborative and ethical work environments.
• Support employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations across the region.
• Lead change management efforts for business transformation and strengthen collaboration between Head Office and regional teams.
• Utilize people analytics and HR metrics to provide insights that influence leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or strategic HR roles within multinational or fast‑growing organizations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing talent and organizational decisions.
• Solid knowledge of organizational design, talent management, succession planning and performance management.
• Experience driving change management and supporting transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations in Latin America.
