Inside Sales Representative (Remote, El Salvador)

About the role

Neat N' Tidy is a US house cleaning company that books residential and commercial cleanings online and sends local cleaners to customers' homes and offices. Its sales team works remotely and books deep cleans and recurring plans by phone. It is looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in El Salvador to handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from US homeowners who requested a cleaning quote.
• Call back web leads the same day and run a full discovery call.
• Quote clearly, handle objections and book the cleaning whenever possible.
• Recommend recurring service (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) on every good-fit call.
• Make follow-up calls on open leads (often 60+ calls per day) and keep clean notes in the CRM.
• Use BookingKoala and the provided call script, which covers required steps on price and policy.

Required profile

• Located in El Salvador.
• At least 1 year of phone sales, inside sales or call center sales experience.
• Professional English for live calls with US homeowners.
• Comfortable making and taking a high volume of sales calls every day.
• Quiet professional workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Available during US Mountain Time business hours, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Required skills

• Prior CRM use in a sales or call center role.
• Use of BookingKoala and the call script.
