Junior Compliance AI Specialist

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Junior Compliance AI Specialist to support regulatory, policy and governance activities related to artificial intelligence across its global money‑transfer services. The role will assist the compliance team in monitoring AI standards, documenting controls and preparing reports.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring internal AI compliance standards and support the development of training materials and user guides.
• Document and report key performance indicators for AI controls, run ad‑hoc compliance reports and maintain data management records.
• Participate in AI risk assessments for new or existing models, review data quality and model performance, and track identified risks and mitigation actions.
• Support model governance by collecting validation, testing and monitoring evidence, and ensure proper documentation for audit and regulatory review.
• Identify control gaps, track remediation actions, and analyse compliance data to spot emerging trends or investigation leads.

Required profile

• High school diploma; college degree or AI‑related education is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in compliance or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in teams, multitask and document project activities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
