About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Leader to plan and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives, manage brand communication, advertising campaigns, social media, and promotional materials, ensuring a consistent, results‑driven image.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the strategic plan for social media, campaigns and internal communication.
• Review and approve designs and graphic materials created by the design intern.
• Design advertising campaigns, promotions or internal/external activations.
• Analyze monthly metrics such as growth, engagement, reach and traffic.
• Evaluate brand positioning and propose strategic adjustments.
• Supervise interns, assigning priorities and deliverables.
• Handle internal requests for visual or communication material from the sales department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising or related areas.
• Experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe.
• Ability to analyze social media and advertising metrics.
• Excellent organization, communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Capability to coordinate and supervise personnel.
