Product Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Applaudo is looking for an experienced Product Manager who can turn complex business needs into clear, actionable product solutions. You will work at the intersection of business priorities and technical constraints, using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and documentation. The role is hybrid, allowing you to collaborate both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture objectives, workflows, and expected outcomes, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Prioritize product requirements based on business value, dependencies, and delivery considerations, and maintain traceable product documentation.
• Facilitate discussions between stakeholders and technical teams, clarify expectations, assess change requests, and communicate impact on scope and timelines.
• Support product roadmap planning, UAT activities, and continuous alignment of development work with approved requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level experience in product management or product ownership, with a proven track record of making product decisions and balancing business and delivery needs.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including business rules, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of negotiating scope changes and aligning diverse teams.
• B2+ English proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with product management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent wiki platforms.
• Practical experience using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) for research, requirements analysis, and documentation.
