About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio that includes large enterprises and innovative startups. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Manage budgets and report financial status to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
