Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in high‑volume staffing, BPO, or agency environments. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing and placing talent for U.S.-based companies, requiring excellent English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruiting searches across various industries and functions, maintaining organized pipelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media and creative strategies.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, assess English proficiency and overall fit.
• Prepare candidate summaries, recruiter notes and recommendations for internal and client review.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose efficiency improvements.
• Help develop recruiting templates, interview guides, assessments and SOPs as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in staffing, BPO, or high‑volume hiring environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and large candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting talent throughout Latin America.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms, especially Zoho Recruit.
• Use of AI and automation tools to increase sourcing productivity.
• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach techniques.
