Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Viva Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support US recruiting teams remotely. You will keep hiring pipelines moving, schedule interviews quickly, maintain a clean ATS, and ensure candidates stay informed.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews efficiently with hiring managers, talent partners, and interview panels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate statuses, notes, and next steps in the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates via email, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively move candidates through the process.
• Research solutions, involve decision‑makers when needed, and leverage AI tools while applying judgment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting recruiting or employee processes.
• Experience scheduling interviews for hiring managers or recruiters.
• Proficiency with an ATS or HRIS to manage candidate records.
• Strong English (C1) and ability to type 40+ WPM.
• Minimum 2 years tenure at one company in any role.
