Remote Data Entry Specialist (SAP, Inventory)

About the role

A remote Data Entry Specialist is needed to support daily warehouse and inventory operations by entering and maintaining high-volume transactional data in SAP. The role handles about 300 entries per day with a high level of accuracy, in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must currently reside in El Salvador.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily inventory and warehouse transactions into SAP accurately and on time.
• Process warehouse movement entries, stock transfers, inventory adjustments and transfers between warehouses.
• Record Goods Receipts and Purchase Order Receipts in SAP.
• Review and validate data for errors, discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, logistics and operations teams.
• Report inconsistencies or unusual inventory or data issues to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data entry, inventory control, logistics support or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle repetitive tasks consistently, good organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment; English proficiency preferred.
• Must live in El Salvador.

Required skills

• SAP, with strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse transactions preferred.
• Purchase orders, goods receipts, warehouse transfers, inventory movements and stock adjustments.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Own laptop or desktop (at least Intel Core i5) and a reliable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps.

The position is fully remote with rotating Monday to Friday shifts (7:30-4:30 PM ET and 9:30-6:00 PM ET), with schedule flexibility depending on operational needs.
