Remote Recruiter – Evening Shift

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high‑volume recruiting operations on an evening schedule, focusing on late‑week and after‑hours applicant activity. This remote, independent‑contractor role ensures a smooth hiring pipeline and a positive candidate experience outside traditional business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Process high volumes of applicants, especially late‑week and after‑hours submissions.
• Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks against minimum role criteria.
• Advance qualified candidates and promptly disposition unqualified applicants.
• Maintain an efficient recruiting pipeline by moving candidates through each stage in a timely manner.
• Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review.
• Accurately track candidate progress within the SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Communicate professionally with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting.
• Background in high‑volume recruiting, coordination, or talent acquisition operations.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Proven ability to screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

What we offer

• Compensation: $1,200 USD per month.
• Remote work with flexible evening schedule (Wednesday–Sunday, 5 PM – 2 AM ET).
