Remote Word and PDF Expert (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Word and PDF experts to work remotely on a contract basis. You will apply your document‑handling expertise to support high‑stakes projects for regulated industries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit, and format complex Word and PDF documents according to industry and client standards.
• Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large files.
• Create, edit, and populate dynamic forms and templates in Word and PDF.
• Extract and consolidate data from documents with precision.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver confidential document solutions on time.
• Implement document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance projects.
• Train stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF features and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of intensive experience using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat in professional settings.
• Advanced proficiency in document formatting, tracked changes, and markup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Master’s, PhD, or JD degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, healthcare, academia, public policy, finance).
• Proven experience supporting Fortune 500 or similarly regulated clients.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
• Self‑motivated and effective in a remote, deadline‑driven environment.
