Sales & Training Manager

About the role

The Sales & Training Manager will lead commercial activation initiatives and elevate the performance of sales agents within a call‑center environment. You will be responsible for designing training programs, incentive schemes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial activation projects aimed at boosting sales results.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate in‑person and virtual training sessions for sales teams.
• Create and manage sales incentive and recognition programs.
• Coordinate motivational events and quarterly training calendars.
• Monitor key performance indicators, sales trends, and prepare executive reports.
• Develop commercial action plans and manage campaign budgets.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to achieve overall business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within call centers.
• Proven track record as a Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Sales Supervisor, or similar.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and performance analysis tools.
