Sales & Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Training Specialist to lead commercial activation and elevate the performance of our call‑center sales teams. The role combines sales leadership with hands‑on training, ensuring agents meet and exceed targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial activation initiatives aimed at boosting sales performance.
• Design, deliver, and coordinate in‑person and virtual training sessions for sales agents.
• Develop and manage sales incentive and recognition programs.
• Organise motivational events and quarterly training programmes for the sales force.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyse sales trends and prepare executive reports.
• Create commercial action plans and manage budgets for campaigns and incentive schemes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to align sales activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in commercial leadership roles within call‑center environments.
• Proven track record as a Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Sales Supervisor or similar.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with U.S.‑based clients and operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and performance analysis tools.
