SBU Sales Account Manager – El Salvador Based

About the role

The SBU Sales Account Manager will lead sales‑focused BPO operations in El Salvador, overseeing large‑scale voice teams and driving revenue growth for high‑volume inbound and outbound campaigns. This role combines client‑facing leadership with data‑driven decision making to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize large‑scale voice operations serving telecom, travel and other high‑volume sales sectors.
• Lead client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets agreed KPIs and quality standards.
• Coach and hold teams accountable to achieve conversion targets and sales performance metrics.
• Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align resources with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of BPO operations experience, preferably in sales account management.
• Strong sales background in telecom, travel or similar high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to own and deliver on KPI targets in fast‑paced settings.
• Excellent client‑facing leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication (B2‑C1 level, written and verbal).
