Specialist, Customer Success - Trilingual - Portuguese

About the role

The Customer Success Specialist supports an existing customer base, building strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring satisfaction and engagement while handling a high volume of contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer contacts and communications via phone and email each day.
• Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value.
• Develop deep product knowledge to address customer questions and objections.
• Document and track qualitative feedback and quantitative measurements through surveys, calls, and emails.
• Capture the "Voice of the Customer" regarding expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and risk of churn.
• Initiate appropriate communication to resolve customer concerns and roadblocks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to promote a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and at least two additional languages.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high‑volume interactions.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed product knowledge.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and solving customer issues.
