Telecom Project Manager – Latin America (Remote)

About the role

The Telecom Project Manager will act as the single point of contact for multiple client orders across Latin America, ensuring projects are delivered on time and customers are satisfied. This remote position requires coordination with sales agents, internal teams, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, equipment tracking, and workflow supervision for multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing status updates, issue resolution, and documentation of implementation details.
• Manage event‑related logistics such as venue research, booth shipments, AV setup, and post‑event reporting.
• Create purchase orders, handle invoices, and monitor budgets to ensure financial compliance.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, presentations, and SOC2‑compliant processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecom project coordination.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• Familiarity with SOC2 compliance protocols.
