Vendor Operations Analyst

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst to own and maintain the data flow between the company and its extensive vendor ecosystem. This fully remote position involves hands‑on management of the Quote Tool, rate cards, and vendor information to ensure a single source of truth for all vendor and client data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Quote Tool, rate cards, and geographic lists, guaranteeing accurate vendor and client information.
• Collect vendor data (lists, rate cards, API capabilities, contacts) and load it into the platform, SharePoint, and contract repositories.
• Analyze platform data to surface trends, build vendor scorecards, report on win rates, and track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Pricing Analysts to shape regional vendor strategies.
• Work with the development team on vendor API onboarding, testing serviceability and pricing.

• Commercially oriented and able to communicate effectively with vendors, sales, and internal stakeholders.
