About the role
We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our team and support legal matters related to both traditional law and emerging information technology environments. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide sound legal advice.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on civil, commercial, and IT‑related issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation.
- Support the organization in managing legal risks associated with technology projects.
- Represent the company in negotiations and, when required, in legal proceedings.
Required profile
- Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a lawyer.
- Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
Required skills
- Interest in information technology and its legal implications.
