About the role
We are looking for a Technical Operator to provide data entry, basic analysis, and customer support. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, managing email correspondence, and tracking cases through a ticket‑based system.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and analyse data, producing basic reports.
- Provide technical and customer support via phone and email.
- Monitor systems, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and handle email correspondence.
- Track cases and tickets efficiently to ensure timely solutions.
- Utilise a holistic ticket system for inventory and technical service requests.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated and proactive.
- Resourceful with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
- Responsible, quick learner and adaptable to new procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements, conditionals, pivot tables).
