About the role

The Warehouse Assistant (CEDI) ensures the smooth flow of goods through accurate receipt, storage, labeling, inventory control, and dispatch within the distribution center. This position supports operational efficiency and product management by maintaining precise records and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming merchandise, checking quantities, physical condition, and quality standards before system entry.
• Record inbound and outbound movements promptly, generate dispatch orders, load guides, and perform order picking according to specifications.
• Ensure all items are correctly labeled and dispatched on time to stores, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Conduct cyclic and scheduled inventories, verify record accuracy, identify discrepancies, and assist with corrective actions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant or similar role, preferably handling technological equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or current enrollment in a related field of study.
• Valid B-1 driver’s license.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Experience using handheld devices for warehouse operations.
• Flexible availability to work required schedules.
