About the role
We are seeking a Claims Virtual Assistant to support our Personal Injury claims team. The role involves managing claim files and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Open and manage personal injury (PI) claims.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters.
- Send representation letters.
- Handle liens, subrogation claims, and health insurance balances (e.g., UnitedHealthcare) to support case resolution.
