Contact Center Executive – Bancassurance

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Contact Center Executive specialized in bancassurance to deliver fast, empathetic, and solution‑oriented service across multiple channels. You will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and post‑sale management via digital and telephone channels.
- Achieve performance targets such as NPS, CSAT and response‑time KPIs.
- Identify improvement and loyalty opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
- Manage complex cases with a strong customer‑focus mindset.
- Keep client information up‑to‑date in internal systems.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
- Familiarity with insurance products and banking platforms.
- Ability to work under defined performance indicators (SLA, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
