Customer Services Representative – Ria Money Transfer

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join its headquarters team in El Salvador. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information on transaction status, updates and resolving general inquiries. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a reliable omnichannel experience for millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist agents and end‑customers (senders or beneficiaries) via telephone and email to answer questions and handle complaints.
• Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions.
• Maintain communication with correspondent paying agents in destination countries to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds for cancelled transactions.

Required profile

• Completed high school or college education.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexible schedules.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Internet Explorer.
