Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is looking for a self-motivated, collaborative Digital Marketing Manager who will expand its brand presence by identifying key target audiences and running data-driven marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. The role leads paid media management, oversees campaign performance metrics and implements acquisition tactics to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing and paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage paid media budget allocation across platforms to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content.
• Develop and manage website content.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Find and target audiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience with ad management tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple regional campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
