EEG Scheduling & Support Agent (Bilingual)

About the role

As an EEG Scheduling & Support Agent you will coordinate EEG study appointments, manage equipment logistics and provide basic technical assistance to patients and healthcare providers. The role requires accurate communication and strict adherence to privacy protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule EEG studies and coordinate dates with patients and providers.
• Arrange equipment shipping, setup, and returns.
• Provide basic technical support for EEG equipment and remote monitoring.
• Assist patients during their studies and answer their questions.
• Handle account inquiries and document all interactions following HIPAA guidelines.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Minimum high school diploma and valid driver’s license.
• At least 6 months of contact‑center experience, preferably in healthcare or technical support.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow privacy and confidentiality protocols.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills, including web navigation and multitasking across multiple windows.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Basic technical aptitude for supporting equipment and remote monitoring.
