Electricista – Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo en Instalaciones Avícolas

About the role

The Electrician will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on existing electrical installations in poultry farms, ensuring reliable operation of equipment that supports the growth cycle of the birds.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical systems in livestock facilities.
• Maintain electrical installations and equipment to provide an optimal environment for poultry development.
• Prepare detailed reports for new projects, reconstructions, preventive and corrective tasks, including hours worked.
• Execute corrective maintenance programs to address damages, failures, and equipment malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical incidents to avoid production downtime.
• Budget required electrical materials for maintenance and project work.
• Lead new electrical projects or reconstruction of farms and ensure installations remain in top condition.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as an electrician or electrical technician.
• Technical training or certification in electricity.

Required skills

• Interpretation of electrical diagrams.
• Operation of multimeters.
• Use of bench tools.
• Use of electrical tools.
