Entry-Level Sales Representative (Client Experience & Sales)

About the role

TELUS Digital is looking for an Entry-Level Sales Representative (Client Experience & Sales Specialist) to act as the first point of contact for prospective clients. The role turns initial inquiries into scheduled paid consultations, guiding them through their first steps toward legal resolution with professionalism and a results-driven approach. It is a full-time, 100% in-office position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, acting as the main link between prospects and the legal experts.
• Listen actively to client concerns, especially in high-stress immigration situations, and clearly explain the firm's value and expertise.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled paid consultations, meeting and exceeding booking targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM so the legal team receives a flawless hand-off.
• Follow up proactively with leads and work with the sales and legal teams to optimise the client journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in call center operations or inside sales; experience in legal or high-stakes service industries is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Comfortable discussing fees, handling objections and closing bookings.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask while capturing data in real time.

• Exceptional phone presence and quick trust-building.
• Proficiency in CRM software and modern call center tools.
