Growth & Experience Sr. Manager

About the role

Dollarcity is looking for a senior leader to shape its Talent Growth & Experience function across Latin America. The role will drive the design, implementation and integration of talent programs that support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the regional Talent Growth & Experience agenda, translating business and talent priorities into a clear roadmap.
• Oversee the design, launch and continuous improvement of programs that enable sustainable growth.
• Integrate performance, development, onboarding, culture and engagement into a seamless employee experience with clear ownership.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners to identify capability gaps and deliver practical solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, balancing priorities and workloads.
• Establish metrics, monitor outcomes and use data‑driven insights to refine or scale initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Development, Onboarding or Leadership Development.
• Proven track record building talent capabilities in fast‑growing or transforming organisations.
• Strong business judgment and ability to turn strategic priorities into actionable talent initiatives.
• Experience integrating multiple talent processes into a coherent employee agenda.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable using data, insights and feedback to make decisions and measure impact.
