Hybrid Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Insurance Claims, working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. You will use your expertise in MS Excel to streamline processes, support underwriting functions, and ensure accurate, compliant claim processing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end insurance claim processing within agreed timelines, ensuring coverage validation, liability assessment and payment decisions are accurate.
• Interact with customers via phone, email or digital channels, explaining claim status, required documentation and next steps.
• Review claim documents, policy schedules and supporting evidence to identify missing information, inconsistencies or red flags.
• Coordinate with underwriting, policy servicing and quality teams to clarify complex policy terms, endorsements and exclusions.
• Use claim administration tools and customer service platforms to log interactions, update notes and maintain data integrity for reporting and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in insurance operations, claims processing or related customer service roles.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts while maintaining reliable connectivity.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and high quality orientation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in business English.
