About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Senior Data Analyst Engineer to join its Research & Development team. The role focuses on delivering clean, consumable analytical data across the organization and supporting data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain data pipelines for the whole company and specific business units.
• Develop and upkeep corporate data‑visualisation dashboards.
• Translate business rules into code using SQL and Python.
• Identify opportunities to improve data organization and information flow.
• Collaborate with data product managers to build high‑impact data products.
• Promote a data‑driven culture and improve data literacy across teams.
• Mentor junior team members to develop both technical and soft skills.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in BI, data analysis or related fields.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with Python, R or another programming language.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
