Managed Services Lead Consultant, MXDR

About the role

As a Managed Services Lead Consultant within the MXDR team, you will protect customers' digital assets, sensitive data and critical systems from sophisticated cyber threats. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to assess risk, design security strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security across multiple dimensions including intrusion detection, endpoint protection, log management and SIEM solutions.
• Analyze security events using log data and open‑source intelligence to differentiate legitimate incidents from false positives.
• Develop, implement and maintain environment‑specific rules, alerts and dashboards in SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk.
• Collaborate with clients to configure SIEM platforms to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Provide on‑call support, manage tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Lead and mentor SOC analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recent cybersecurity experience, preferably as a SOC analyst.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
