Meta Ads Senior Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a senior media buyer to lead Meta advertising for our B2B patient‑acquisition agency. The role is fully remote (South America) with required overlap with UK business hours and offers ownership of high‑budget accounts and the chance to scale into B2C client work.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of the B2B Meta ad account: structure, budget allocation, testing cadence, and scaling decisions.
• Target and maintain cost per booked call against a live sales pipeline.
• Diagnose performance breaks—creative, audience, funnel, or downstream—and implement fixes before escalation.
• Scale to B2C client accounts once the B2B account is stable and delivering results.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple five‑figure monthly Meta ad spends for B2B lead generation.
• Background in high‑ticket services or agency‑model accounts.
• Focus on booked calls and closed revenue rather than simple CPL metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to run structured tests, set hypotheses, and apply kill criteria.
• Availability to work full‑time during UK business hours from a remote location in South America.
