About the role

The Technology Risk and Business Continuity Officer will plan, execute and supervise the end‑to‑end management of technological risk and business continuity. The role ensures that technology‑related risks and incidents are identified, analysed, valued and effectively mitigated.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor the work plan for technology risk and business continuity, aligning it with international standards and reporting progress to senior management.
• Track and follow up on action plans for critical technology risks, guaranteeing proper implementation of mitigation measures.
• Produce reports and analyses on the risk management cycle, including key metrics, and maintain complete documentation in SharePoint.
• Prepare executive presentations for corporate governance bodies, risk committee minutes and integrated management committee sessions, incorporating metrics, trends and risk scenarios.
• Manage, approve and validate updates to the IT risk matrix using the SIXPRO tool, ensuring methodological consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Calculate, analyse and validate the risk matrix, model scenarios, and oversee approval, dissemination and strategic follow‑up.

Required profile

• Formal training in Information Security, ITIL and COBIT.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, business continuity planning and IT governance frameworks.
