Remote Growth Marketer (Paid Acquisition & Cold Email)

About the role

A US company is building a dedicated growth engine to open or improve an underserved channel, combining paid campaigns, cold email and CRM follow-up. The role is a builder position: you diagnose what is not working, propose a plan and implement it yourself. It is remote, full-time, with overlap with US Central business hours, and pays $3,000-$4,200 USD per month.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end in Google Ads or Meta Ads: spend, bidding, targeting and messaging, managed to ROAS and CAC
• Build cold email infrastructure: domains, deliverability, sequences, copy and list building, scaled with AI tools
• Set up CRM workflows that move leads through the pipeline, with closed-deal data fed back into targeting
• Launch campaigns cleanly and report weekly on spend, CPL, CAC, ROAS and meetings booked
• Document every campaign and process so results are repeatable

Required profile

• 4+ years in growth, performance or outbound marketing
• English C1/C2, written and spoken
• Owner mindset: given a problem, comes back with a diagnosis and a plan
• Bonus: in-house experience at e-commerce or tech companies

Required skills

• Google Ads or Meta Ads, with budgets managed and results shown
• Cold email with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo or Clay
• AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or n8n
• HubSpot or a similar CRM
