Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert

About the role

As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert you will manage export order processes and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the logistics journey. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, supporting purchase order issuance and the seamless flow of information between customer platforms and Kuehne+Nagel’s operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor export orders through the Infor Nexus platform, guaranteeing timely and accurate execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and operational support.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Operational Care, and Sales teams to deliver service excellence.
• Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues while ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support continuous operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3 to 4 years of experience in export operations or freight forwarding, preferably within Sea Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of local export processes and regulations.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher), both written and spoken.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented, and solution‑driven mindset with strong communication skills.
