About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef to lead food production across all of our business lines, from airline catering to airport and event services. You will work in a multicultural environment, ensuring every dish meets the high standards expected by our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily preparation and cooking of meals for multiple service lines, guaranteeing quality and presentation according to client specifications.
- Lead, train and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and disciplined team culture.
- Monitor and continuously improve service quality, hygiene standards and operational efficiency.
- Support the Executive Chef in identifying new business opportunities and menu innovations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a supervisory kitchen role, preferably within airline, airport or large‑scale catering operations.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural setting.
Required skills
- Food preparation and kitchen operations management.
- HACCP and food safety compliance.
