Telephonic Sales Executive (Regional)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telephonic Sales Executive to drive regional revenue growth. The role combines prospecting new accounts, re‑activating dormant clients and expanding product penetration within existing customers, while providing comprehensive business support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across the region.
• Reactivate inactive or declining accounts and upsell additional products and brands.
• Develop business opportunities for assigned accounts through consultative advising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet strategic sales targets and enhance brand positioning.
• Conduct field visits when required, using a personal or company‑provided vehicle.

Required profile

• University student (third year) or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in floor sales, call‑center operations or tele‑sales.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work both on‑site in Ilopango and remotely.
• Own vehicle or ability to access a car for occasional field visits.
