About the role

We are looking for an Executive Secretary to provide administrative and operational support to a member of the Executive Committee and the Vice‑Presidency of BancoAgrícola. The role ensures smooth management of agendas, communications, logistics and procurement, guaranteeing timely execution of all related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the agenda, communications, visits and administrative requests of the assigned Executive Committee member, ensuring timely attention to institutional commitments.
• Process signature requests, special powers of attorney and reports, meeting established deadlines.
• Handle internal and external correspondence linked to the Executive Committee member, facilitating continuity of institutional management.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and visits, ensuring they occur as scheduled.
• Oversee supply, quotation and purchase requirements for the Vice‑Presidency, ensuring resources are available when needed.
• Arrange corporate travel for the Executive Committee member, including tickets, accommodation and transport.
• Provide administrative support for events, activities and initiatives of the Vice‑Presidency.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Languages or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative processes or customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
